At Dalen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items are inspected.
